By playing Massacre.io you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't play.

Who can play

Massacre.io is a horror game for players aged 13 and over. If you are under the age of majority where you live, have a parent or guardian read these terms with you.

Play fair

• No cheating: no hacks, bots you control, scripts, exploits, or tampering with the game or its servers.
• No attacking or overloading our servers, and no getting round a ban.
• No names or messages that are hateful, sexual, threatening or that harass other players, and no sharing anyone's personal details.
• Don't pretend to be us or another player.

We may remove names, kick or ban players, and keep the reports and records we need to do that, as described in the privacy policy.

The game

Massacre.io is free. We may change, pause or stop any part of it at any time, including resetting rounds when we update the server. Progress and unlocks are stored in your own browser, so clearing your browser data removes them, and we can't restore them.

Our content

The game, its art, sound and code belong to us or our licensors. You may share screenshots and clips of your play, including on video sites and social media, as long as you don't suggest we endorse you. You may not copy or resell the game itself.

Advertising

The game is paid for by adverts. They appear around the game and between rounds, never in the middle of a round.

No guarantees

We provide the game as it is and as available, and we don't promise it will always be online or free of bugs. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect loss or for any loss arising from your use of the game. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

The law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK or the EU, you keep the protections of the law where you live.
